Rover SHOOTER Tactical and Shooting Bolt-Action Rifle
The Sabatti Rover Shooter tactical and competition rifle carries on the tradition of high quality, high accuracy and decades of experience of Sabatti firearms, further enhancing the design with a completely redesigned action and bolt, new materials, superior quality CNC machining and a wide choice of configurations.
The new Sabatti Rover action is a completely new design, machined from a solid billet of Ergal 55 (high-strength 7075 aluminum alloy), machined to tight tolerances, and hard-anodized. The action features a full-length Picatinny rail for mounting optics or other sights.
The new Sabatti Rover bolt is machined from a solid steel bar. The quality of this new three-lug bolt with a 60° opening, along with the new solid extractor and replaceable knob, makes the new Sabatti Rover one of the best actions on the market. The rifle comes standard with a "Match" trigger.
The cold-hammer forged barrel uses the renowned Sabatti MRR rifling, crafted using manufacturing processes that deliver all the precision for which Sabatti rifles are renowned. Most importantly, the barrel is equipped with a barrel extension that allows for easy replacement without the need for headspace adjustment.
The barrel of the Sabatti Rover Shooter has a muzzle diameter of 20 mm (.79”), is blued and without iron sights and ends with a muzzle brake mounted on a 5/8”-24 UNEF thread.
The Sabatti Rover Shooter rifle features the innovative Sabatti ICM (Injected Carbon Matrix) stock, made of carbon fiber-injected polymer and ending in a rubber buttpad that helps mitigate the recoil of more powerful calibers. The stock features a removable cheek piece and a shim for adjusting the length of the buttpad. A kit with two oversized cheek pieces and two additional buttpad shims is available upon request. A multifunctional steel plate recessed into the forend allows for the installation of rails, bipods, and other accessories.
